Episode: This was a pretty good episode! Above average despite a really slow moving movie. I have a feeling all the Japanese Monster films will be great, to date I've only seen two, Gamera vs. Zigra is the other one I've seen, too too funny!
Movie: The movie revolves around some guys who go hunting for what they think is a giant opal, it turns out to be the egg of a monster that hatches and stomps Tokyo (Boy, you'd think they'd have monster proof building codes by now!)
Intro: Tom and Crow are having a Macintrash vs PC war...
Invention Exchange: Joel invents a recycling mascot, a talking Soda Can
The mads invent a Disco Cumber Bubble Bund.. which is actually a recycled invention from Robot Monster.
Host Segments: Tom is marketing a 5,000 peice men and monster set
The bots visit TGI Tokyo, a restaurant with desserts in the shape of buildings
Joel and the bots lounge around in beach chairs
Conclusion: Joel and the bots talk about the making of Gamera Movies, they go into a Reading Rainbow mode and Joel puts on a Geordi from Star Trek visor (Because you see, the host of Reading Rainbow is LeVar Burton, AKA Geordi) Neat! Then they tell us that if we want to learn more about it, to read Gamera's book.
Book: Kevin Murphy talks about the Disco Cumber Bubble Bund.
