This is a matter
Of utmost urgency.
You might even call it
An outright emergency.
The other side saw
I had no man.
They pressed in the south-west
My only ally ran.
Easy does it,
Come to think of it
He had a pillbox
His wasn't as mad as mine;
Heated the pill,
Sat back and watched the fun;
When he saw the stream of shots
My enemy had to run.
And that is the final stage
Their primal rage
Began to rise
And they started to spike.
I watched as they started
Planting all pills;
I knew the bases weren't defended;
I could make some easy kills.
I used the trees
And got behind their line.
A load of ammo
And a pair of bases were mine.
I saw my ally call,
Should I answer?
This is gettin' serious
Like terminal cancer.
And that was it,
Seems they spiked the north-west.
Now the game is over
Though I gave it my best.
